Transitional Devices
Transitional devices connect ideas to add one fact or detail to
another; or to achieve coherence and clarity. They carry the meaning that will
allow you to pick out the right transition word to use to achieve
comprehensible and clear flow of ideas or thoughts.
It can be grouped in three main groups namely: order of importance, chronological
order and contrasting ideas.
